What to expect :: An hour with me via phone or Skype. You’ll send me links to your social media profiles before our appointment and our time together will be spent focusing on whatever’s bugging you.

Major value :: You know how painful it is when you’re unsure how to do something and you waste hours trying to figure it out — time that would be better spent doing your genius work and making yourself some money. This session spares you the time-sucking research and the headache that goes with it. And because it’s the shortest, it’s the easiest to schedule, so if it’s urgent I can usually fit you in quickly.

Ideal for :: People who’ve completed one of my Social Media Audits, and want some hand-holding and guidance through the actually-getting-it-done phase.

Also terrific for :: Intermediate to advanced social media mavens who already ‘know’ what they need to be doing to spread their message and grow their businesses — they just aren’t.

What to expect :: A three-month cycle of social media direction, profile clean-up, foundational techy training and serious accountability. I’ll bring your Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn profiles up to an ultra-professional level, craft a style sheet and best practices handbook to keep you and your team on-message, generate a month’s worth of content to get you rolling, and empower you to take the reins (or delegate with confidence) in the future.

Major value :: Your coaching experience includes 1-on-1 phone calls and email support. I take on a maximum of 4 coaching clients a month, so you’ll have my (nearly) undivided attention.

Ideal for :: People who want a flourishing social media presence (like, yesterday) but want the whole endeavor to be outsourced, managed and maintained by a pro, from the get-go.

Also terrific for :: People who’ve completed 3 or more months of Social Media Coaching + Conversation Design, and love the idea of delegating their ongoing social media duties to someone they know and trust. (That’d be me.)

What to expect :: Continued social media direction, profile maintenance, content creation and audience engagement — managed with love, and implemented with clarity. Out of your hands. Off your plate. Into my lap. Sigh of relief.

Major value :: No long-term commitments. We need to give it 3 months to get traction, but after that we can end our month-by-month arrangement at any time — if, say, you decide to hire a full-time social media manager, grab a socially-savvy intern, or (heaven forbid!) take a break from your business.
